As an entrepreneur, you will want the best for your business, but it is important to monitor all aspects of the business, including staff. It can be difficult for entrepreneurs, who are sometimes so engrossed in their brilliant idea that they believe people will automatically follow them. To turn your vision into a successful company, entrepreneurs must be leaders of people.

In this course you will learn how to identify the needs of your customers, as well as how to meet these needs. As well as this you will also be able to target your customers in regard to your business and services.

At the heart of every product or service there is a customer need. Most products are born of someone needing a solution to an issue. It is essential for organisations, whatever their size, to identify what it is that their customer needs and try to deliver a product or service to meet that need.

Leadership incorporates many diverse skills and qualities and for many people it does not come naturally, we’re involved in leadership situations. In some, we may be led by others such as our parents, older siblings or peers. Whereas, in other situations, we may do the leading.
Leadership may be defined as having the power to exert influence over others. The same situation exists with entrepreneurs – although their focus is to get the best from the staff, they must work together with staff to get the best results.
Think about any situation where you have been a leader. What were you good at? What were you not so good at? If you have never been a leader, think of someone who has.

The emotional development of children relies on the relationship of the children with their carer or carers.The basis of the children’s emotional development is feeling:

Introduction
The language development of children is central to their social and emotional development. Through language development, children become capable of understanding, listening, talking and communicating their needs, feelings and emotions.There are 2 main areas of language:
• Receptive language, where children listen and understand what is said to them or around them
• Expressive language, where children communicate their needs, thoughts and emotions; expressive language may be written, spoken or signed (sign language)
As in any other area of development, every child will develop their language skills in their own way and at their own rate.

The Role of Music in Learning
Introduction
Music is very important for all childern.The ancient Greek philosopher ( considered to be one of the greatest philosophers, born in 384 BC), said that “Music has a power of forming the character and should therefore be introduced into the education of the young.” (Character means the qualities, such as temperament, that make a person).
Since then, the importance of music in child development has been proven by many scientists. Music is now an important part of the education (school) system.
Children can enjoy music by:

In this course learn about what physical skills are involved in a childs physical development.
Introduction
Prenatal care:Is the healthcare that is given to pregnant women, during their pregnancy
Is important, in order to ensure the birth of a healthy baby
Ensures that the baby is not exposed to harmful substances that can influence the baby’s development, such as tobacco, alcohol and drugs.
Heredity:
Means that the information in the genes of the parents determines the physical development of a child
Defines a child’s height; for example, a child that is born into a family where both parents and all grandparents are short will not be tall

Skills of Punctuation
Learn about punctuation, how to use a full stop, question marks, exclamation marks and the different ways of using commas and apostrophes. This course is ideal for intermediate learners.
Introduction
In this course we are going to look at some of the most common types of punctuation, and think about how to use this punctuation in everyday writing.Punctuation are marks and symbols that we use to separate out our words and our sentences. Every sentence has some kind of punctuation symbol included in it – like this one, for example, which has a dash, commas, and will have a full stop.
The reason that we use punctuation is that it helps to make our writing – and the things we are trying to say through our writing – a little easier to read.
Using punctuation can be the difference between someone understanding your thoughts and ideas, and someone not understanding them at all! So it is always worth knowing which punctuation mark you should be using and where you should be using it.
